Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Greenlight Approvals (“the App”), a monday.com marketplace application provided by Alba Ledesma Prieto, trading as Ledesdev (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to them. Contact: dev@ledesdev.com.

1. The service

The App lets you request, approve, and reject approvals on monday.com items, with sequential or parallel stages, teams, notifications, a Board View dashboard, and an audit trail. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have a monday.com account and the right to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity in your account and for how your users use the App, subject to monday’s own permissions.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold and billed through monday.com’s marketplace under monday’s billing terms; we do not process payments. Pricing is seat-based, with a free trial and, where offered, a free tier for small teams. Taxes, refunds, and cancellations follow monday’s marketplace policies.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other accounts’ data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no use that disrupts the service.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its code, and its branding are owned by Ledesdev. Your data and content remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Availability and disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledesdev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; on uninstall we remove your stored credentials as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
